To help improve our consistency and voice, I created this tone of voice handbook outlining our brand personality and house style guidelines.

I was responsible for the campaign to promote Equality in Tourism's second Gender Equality Champion of the Year Award. This included website, newsletter and social media content to encourage applications and attendance at the event, as well as supporting our PR lead with distributing press releases and securing coverage.
